Hello, I'm Anastasiia’s bakery.

I'm a perfectionist and aesthete pastry chef​,​ striving to create desserts that people remember and return to again and again. This includes both modern takes on classic European desserts and something uniquely mine. My menu includes Russian Honey Cake​,​ Napoleon Cake​,​ Prague Cake​,​ Esterhazy Cake​,​ Carrot Cake​,​ and more. I also offer signature recipes for mousse cakes​,​ shortbread cakes​,​ sponge cakes​,​ and meringue desserts (Pavlova​,​ Meringue Roll). My menu includes a variety of individual desserts for all occasions (from candies to mini-cakes)​,​ as well as rich pastries​,​ including Easter cakes. I use only natural ingredients​,​ with a focus on organically labeled products.
