This is my signature version of a honey cake with two creams. Everything about it is perfect—the texture, the balance of sweets, and the honey aroma. Thanks to the combination of the two creams, it offers notes of sour cream, caramel, and ice cream. This cake is the most delicate of all I make (excluding mousses, of course). The honey cake is also available with the classic sour cream and buttercream filling
